Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Here's how, and what happens next.

To delete your data, email Email us with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email address, phone or WhatsApp number linked to your data. Growbig100 LLC confirms receipt within 3 business days and completes deletion within 30 days, then emails you a confirmation.

What data can be deleted?

  • Enquiries sent through our contact form or by email.
  • Data received through Meta platforms — Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Messenger, Facebook Login and WhatsApp conversations with our business numbers.
  • Data held by our products LeadHuntio, SomoySathi and Clipboardly.
  • Business contact data used in B2B outreach (you can also simply reply "unsubscribe" to any outreach email).

How do you request deletion?

  1. Email Email us with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the identifiers we can search for: your email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and, if relevant, the product you used (LeadHuntio, SomoySathi or Clipboardly).
  3. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address or WhatsApp number, to make sure we only delete data at its owner's request.

WhatsApp users of SomoySathi

If you use SomoySathi, you can also ask for deletion by messaging SomoySathi on WhatsApp or by emailing hello@somoysathi.com. Your data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires some of it to be kept longer, as described in SomoySathi's own privacy policy on somoysathi.com.

Removing app access on Facebook

If you connected to one of our apps with Facebook, you can remove its access at any time: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select the app and choose Remove. Then email us as described above if you also want the data we received deleted.

What happens after you ask?

  • We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  • We delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, including from CRMs and tools we control.
  • Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 90 days.
  • We keep only what the law requires — for example, invoices for tax purposes — and a minimal record that you asked to be deleted or not contacted again.
  • We send you a confirmation when deletion is complete.
