This Privacy Policy explains how Growbig100 LLC ("Growbig100", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit growbig100.com, contact us, use our services, or use products we operate. Growbig100 LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

Who is responsible for your data?

Growbig100 LLC, 30 N. Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Phone: +1 585-316-1903. Email: Email us. For privacy requests, email us with the subject line "Privacy request".

Which websites and products does this policy cover?

  • growbig100.com — this website.
  • Services we provide to clients — such as AI agents, WhatsApp agents, ads, websites and automation.
  • Our products — LeadHuntio, SomoySathi and Clipboardly. Each product also publishes its own privacy policy on its website; where a product policy is more specific, that policy applies to that product.

What information do we collect?

Information you give us

  • Contact form and email: name, email address, company, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message.
  • Application form: company name, website, role, country, the service you need, budget range and timeline.
  • Meetings: notes about your business needs.
  • Business verification: we check publicly available information about your company (website, business registration, public profiles) before scheduling a meeting.
  • Client projects: business contact details and account access you grant us.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: IP address, browser, device, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.
  • With your consent only: analytics and advertising data collected through Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (see Cookies).

Information from Meta, WhatsApp and Google

When you interact with us or our products through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) or Google services, we may receive data those platforms make available to us under their terms, for example: your WhatsApp phone number, profile name and the messages you send to our business number; lead form answers you submit in a Facebook or Instagram ad; or aggregated ad performance and analytics data. We use this data only to reply to you, provide the service you asked for and measure our advertising. We do not sell it.

Information about prospects in B2B outreach

For B2B outreach campaigns run by our products (such as LeadHuntio) we process business contact information — name, job title, company, business email and public professional profile — obtained from business data providers or public sources, on the basis of legitimate interest in contacting businesses about relevant services. Every outreach email includes a way to opt out, and we honour opt-outs promptly.

How do we use your information?

  • To reply to enquiries and provide quotes and services.
  • To deliver client projects and operate our products.
  • To send service messages you requested, such as reminders or confirmations.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising (only with consent where required).
  • To keep our systems secure and prevent abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (where GDPR or similar laws apply): your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

Who do we share information with?

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Hosting and email: Hostinger (website hosting), Titan (email).
  • Analytics and advertising: Google and Meta (only with consent for website tracking).
  • Messaging: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp conversations.
  • AI providers: language-model providers used by our AI agents and products, under business terms that do not allow them to train on your data.
  • CRM, scheduling and automation tools used to manage enquiries and client projects.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client records and invoices: for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years).
  • Server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics (14 months).
  • Product data: as described in each product's own privacy policy.

Are there international data transfers?

We are based in the United States and work with clients and providers in other countries. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to a data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email us at Email us. We respond within 30 days. To delete data from our products or Meta-connected services, see Data Deletion.

How do we protect your information?

We use HTTPS, access controls, strong authentication on our accounts, and providers with recognised security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit the data we collect and who can access it.
