Services
The Site describes our services in general terms. The scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement between you and Growbig100 LLC. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.
Products
Our products, LeadHuntio, SomoySathi and Clipboardly, are operated by Growbig100 LLC and have their own terms published on their websites, which apply when you use those products.
No guarantee of results
Marketing, advertising, search and outreach results depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party platforms. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, meetings, sales or other results. Information on the Site is general and is not legal, financial or tax advice.
Intellectual property
The Site's content — text, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Growbig100 LLC or its licensors. You may share links to it and quote short excerpts with attribution. Ownership of work we create for clients is defined in the client agreement.
Third-party links and platforms
The Site links to other websites and refers to third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, Google and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growbig100 LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability for services is governed by the relevant client agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Growbig100 LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
