Marketing automation that follows up on every lead

We connect your forms, ads, inbox and CRM so every lead is captured, enriched, followed up and reported on — automatically, without another spreadsheet.

Marketing automation is the system that captures every lead, enriches it with useful data, moves it through a CRM pipeline and triggers the right follow-up at the right time — emails, tasks, WhatsApp messages or alerts. Growbig100 designs and builds these systems in tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Clay, Zapier, Make and n8n.

What problems does marketing automation solve?

Most businesses don't lose deals because of a bad product. They lose them in the gaps: a form submission that sits in an inbox, a lead who never gets a second follow-up, a salesperson who doesn't know the prospect already downloaded a guide, an ad budget spent without knowing which campaign produced customers. Automation closes those gaps.

  • Leads arrive from five places and nobody owns them
  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering
  • The CRM is out of date, so nobody trusts it
  • Reports take hours to build and still don't show revenue by channel
  • Sales and marketing argue about lead quality with no shared data

Who is it for?

Marketing automation is for teams that already generate leads — from ads, content, events, outbound or referrals — and want to convert more of them without hiring more people. It's especially useful for B2B companies with a sales team, service businesses with a booking process, and anyone running multiple lead channels at once.

What's included?

CRM pipeline design and setup

We design deal stages that match how you actually sell, define required fields and ownership rules, import and clean existing contacts, and build views your sales team will use. We work in HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Zoho or your current CRM.

Lead capture and routing

Every form, ad lead form, chat, WhatsApp conversation and booking flows into the CRM with its source attached. Leads are assigned to the right person automatically, and urgent ones trigger an instant alert.

Enrichment with Clay and data providers

We use Clay and other enrichment tools to add company size, industry, role, technology and other signals to each lead, so you can score and prioritise automatically — and personalise outreach without manual research.

Follow-up sequences

Automated email and WhatsApp sequences for new leads, no-shows, proposals sent, onboarding and re-engagement — written to sound like a person, with stop rules when someone replies or books.

Reporting and attribution

Dashboards that connect ad spend and channels to leads, meetings, deals and revenue, using UTM tracking, GA4, Meta Conversions API and your CRM data. You see cost per qualified lead and revenue per channel, not just clicks.

  • Audit of your current tools, data and lead flow
  • Pipeline and lifecycle design documented in plain language
  • Integrations built and tested end to end
  • Sequences and templates written and loaded
  • Dashboards for marketing, sales and leadership
  • Team training and a handover document

How does the process work?

  1. Audit. We map every lead source, tool and handoff and find where leads stall or disappear.
  2. Blueprint. We design the target pipeline, automations and reports, and agree on them with you before building.
  3. Build. We configure the CRM, integrations, enrichment and sequences, starting with the highest-impact flows.
  4. Test and migrate. We test every path with real data, migrate existing records and run old and new systems side by side if needed.
  5. Train and improve. We train your team, then review conversion data monthly and refine the system.

We're tool-agnostic: we recommend what fits your size and budget, and we're happy to improve what you already have instead of starting over.

How is marketing automation priced?

Setup is a fixed-price project scoped from the audit — the number of lead sources, integrations, sequences and dashboards determines the price. After launch you can add a monthly optimisation retainer for new automations, reporting and ongoing improvements. Software subscriptions are billed to your own accounts.

Marketing automation FAQs

Do I need to switch CRMs?

Usually not. We start by improving the CRM you already use. We only recommend switching when the current tool can't support how you sell, and we handle the migration if you do.

What is Clay and why use it?

Clay is a data enrichment and workflow tool that pulls information about companies and people from many sources. We use it to score leads, personalise outreach and keep CRM records complete without manual research.

Will automated emails feel robotic?

Not if they're written well. We keep sequences short and personal, use real data for relevance, and stop them as soon as someone replies or books.

How long does a setup take?

A focused setup — one pipeline, a few lead sources and core sequences — takes two to four weeks. Larger systems with many integrations and dashboards take six to eight weeks.

Can you connect WhatsApp and AI agents to the CRM?

Yes. WhatsApp conversations, AI agent qualifications and bookings can all create and update CRM records, so your team sees the full history in one place.

Who owns the automations after the project?

You do. Everything is built in your accounts and documented, so your team or another provider can maintain it.
