AI agent development for support, sales and operations

We design, build and maintain AI agents that do real work — answer customers, qualify leads, book appointments and move data between your tools — with clear rules and a human handoff.

AI agent development is building software that understands messages in plain language and takes actions on its own — answering questions, qualifying leads, booking meetings or updating records. Growbig100 builds these agents on top of leading language models, connects them to your tools, and sets rules so they stay accurate and on-brand.

What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?

A traditional chatbot follows a fixed script: click a button, get a canned answer. An AI agent understands free-form questions, looks things up in your own knowledge base, and can do things — check availability in your calendar, create a deal in your CRM, send a confirmation or escalate to a person. We explain the difference in detail in AI agent vs chatbot: what's the difference.

The agents we build are not open-ended "ask me anything" bots. Each one has a clear job, a defined set of tools it may use, and guardrails for what it must never say or do. That focus is what makes them reliable enough to talk to your customers.

Who are AI agents for?

  • Service businesses — clinics, salons, consultants, schools — that lose bookings because nobody answers fast enough after hours.
  • B2B companies that want every inbound lead qualified and routed to the right salesperson within minutes, not days.
  • E-commerce and subscription brands handling repetitive questions about orders, shipping, returns and plans.
  • Operations teams that copy data between spreadsheets, inboxes and CRMs by hand every day.

What types of AI agents does Growbig100 build?

Customer support agents

Answer common questions from your help docs, policies and product data, 24/7, in your tone of voice. When a question is outside its knowledge or a customer is upset, the agent hands over to a human with the full conversation attached.

Lead qualification agents

Greet website or ad leads instantly, ask your qualifying questions (budget, timeline, need, location), score the answers and route good leads to sales — or straight to a booking link. Unqualified leads get a polite, useful answer instead of silence.

Appointment booking agents

Check real availability in Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com or your booking system, offer slots, confirm, and send reminders. Rescheduling and cancellations are handled in the same conversation.

Reminder and follow-up agents

Send timely reminders for appointments, payments, renewals or tasks, and understand replies like "move it to tomorrow at 5". Our own product SomoySathi is a live example: a WhatsApp reminder assistant that understands Bangla, Banglish and English, including voice notes.

Internal workflow agents

Read incoming emails or forms, extract the details, create records in your CRM or project tool, draft replies for review, and post summaries to Slack. These agents work behind the scenes and save hours of copy-paste every week.

What's included in an AI agent project?

  • Discovery workshop to define the agent's job, success metrics and limits
  • Conversation design: tone of voice, qualifying questions, handoff rules
  • Knowledge base setup from your website, documents and FAQs
  • Integrations with your CRM, calendar, helpdesk, Google Sheets or internal APIs
  • Deployment on your website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or email
  • Testing against real questions, including edge cases and misuse
  • Analytics: conversations, resolutions, handoffs, leads and bookings
  • Training for your team and documentation of how the agent works
  • Optional monthly care plan for monitoring, updates and improvements

How does the build process work?

  1. Discovery (week 1). We map the conversations or tasks the agent will handle, collect your knowledge sources and agree on what "good" looks like.
  2. Design (week 1–2). We write the agent's instructions, flows and guardrails, and list every tool and integration it needs.
  3. Build (week 2–3). We build the agent, connect integrations and load the knowledge base.
  4. Test (week 3–4). We run hundreds of test conversations, fix wrong answers and tighten rules. You test it too before anything goes live.
  5. Launch and improve. We launch to a share of traffic first, review real conversations weekly and improve the agent based on what customers actually ask.

Simple agents can be live in two to three weeks; agents with several integrations usually take four to six.

How do you keep an AI agent accurate and safe?

Accuracy comes from narrowing the agent's job and grounding its answers in your own content. We restrict it to approved sources, tell it to say "I don't know" rather than guess, block topics it must not discuss, and route sensitive requests — refunds, complaints, medical or legal questions — to a human. Personal data is only collected when needed and stored in your systems. Every conversation is logged so you can review what the agent said.

Can you see an AI agent working?

Our clearest public example is SomoySathi, the WhatsApp reminder agent we built and operate. It shows the core techniques in production: understanding mixed-language and voice messages, confirming what it understood, scheduling and following up.

How is AI agent development priced?

Most agents are a fixed-price build based on the number of conversation flows and integrations, followed by an optional monthly care plan that covers hosting, model usage, monitoring and improvements. Language-model usage costs are passed through at cost or billed to your own account. You get a written quote after the discovery call — no hourly surprises.

AI agent FAQs

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model per job — typically current models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI or Google — based on accuracy, speed, language support and cost. Agents are built so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding everything.

Will the AI agent make things up?

We design against it. Agents answer from your approved content, are instructed to admit when they don't know, and hand over to a human for anything outside their scope. We test with real and adversarial questions before launch and review conversations after.

Can the agent hand a conversation to a human?

Yes. Handoff rules are part of every build: the agent escalates on request, on low confidence or on sensitive topics, and passes the conversation history so the customer never has to repeat themselves.

Which tools can the agent connect to?

Common integrations include HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com, Calendly, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Zapier, Make and n8n. If your tool has an API, we can usually connect to it.

How long does it take to build an AI agent?

A focused agent with one or two integrations takes two to three weeks. Agents with several integrations, multiple languages or complex rules usually take four to six weeks, including testing.

Is customer data safe?

We collect only the data the agent needs, store it in your systems, use providers with business data-protection terms, and never use your customers' data to train public models. Access is limited and documented.

What does it cost to run an AI agent each month?

Running costs are mostly language-model usage plus hosting, and depend on conversation volume. We estimate them during scoping so you know the monthly cost before you commit.
