Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can cancel and get a refund for products and services from Growbig100. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Who does this policy apply to?

This policy applies to both Growbig100 entities:

• Growbig100 (Bangladesh) — for clients in Bangladesh paying in BDT, and for users of SomoySathi.
• Growbig100 LLC — for all other clients.

Your invoice or agreement shows which entity bills you. Refunds are made by that entity.

Subscriptions (for example, SomoySathi)

• You can cancel at any time from the app or WhatsApp, or by emailing Email us.
• After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not refund the current period, except for duplicate charges or when the service failed because of a problem on our side.

IT services (AI agents, apps, websites, automation)

• Fixed-price projects are billed by milestone, as set out in your proposal or agreement.
• The upfront deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
• If we cancel a project, any unused prepaid amount is refunded in full.
• Retainers (for example, ads management or SEO) can be cancelled with 15 days' notice. We do not refund a month that has already started.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the duplicate or incorrect amount in full.

How do I request a refund?

Email Email us with your invoice number or transaction ID (for example, your bKash transaction ID) and a short description of the issue. We reply within 3 working days.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are sent within 7–10 working days to the original payment method: bKash, card or bank account.
